Here are some pictures of what I've done towards converting my X-Y Pen Plotter, into a toy CNC Milling machine. I hope to draw on and drill in Printed Circuit boards with this.

Here's more or less the whole works. It's a Graphtec MP2000. It works with HP-GL



Homemade touchscreen
This shows how I'm using Piezo Electric Transducer speakers as pressure sensors.
They generate up to 20 or 40 volts when you press on them.
The output is fed into 3 op amps, which are also fed with a triangle
wave, causing them to convert the three output voltages to PWM, or Pulse Code Modulation, which can then be read over the printer port.
